Victorious is seeking a strategic managers to partner closely with digital native creators and traditional media companies to launch successful app experiences. You will be responsible for managing the day to day relationship with several of the largest and most innovative content creators and communities in the world, driving their launches, proactively identifying new opportunities for growth, etc. You will collaborate closely with external partners and several cross-functional teams to define a community voice; generate original content to perpetuate that voice; incubate new engagement programs to bring the community to life; and advocate for the community both internally and externally. A passionate and deep understanding of digital creative communities on platforms like YouTube, Vine, Pinterest and Instagram is critical.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day partner operations and relationships, including but not limited to: incubating and directing strategic programs to drive in-app engagement; fielding and prioritizing incoming requests and creative assets (i.e. imagery, descriptions/copy); creatively solving creator challenges; and creating periodic reports (external and internal) on creator performance
- Produce and curate original content, inspired by the community, to drive greater fan engagement
- Forecast, analyze and track key metrics to identify creator app performance trends, highlight issues, drive parttners to new in-app opportunities and improve community engagement
- Develop cross-team training materials and best practices to scale optimizations
- Develop and lead strategic initiatives to foster and support creator growth
- Co-create and maintain a programming calendar for a diverse slate of apps
- Monitor and synthesize fan feedback to create recommendations that drive product enhancements
- Lead and produce offline community activations like meetups, events, etc.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in strategy, partner management, creative development and/or marketing
- Strong passion and expertise for defining and developing communities on content-based technology platforms like social networks
- Experience in producing and refining compelling, viral-worthy social media content
- Exceptional communication skills, including crafting, honing, and making a voice effective across mass communication channels
- Deep understanding of creators on certain social platforms like YouTube, Vine, Pinterest and Instagram
- Robust analytical and data evaluation skills
- Direct experience in engaging with and developing digital creators; intimate relationships within the creative digital and traditional entertainment communities
- Keen, data driven analytical skills
- Growth hacking in content-based technology platforms
- Proven ability to handle ambiguity and to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
- Interest and familiarity with creators in a content genre (e.g. comedy, film, tv, music, beauty, fashion, food, sports, etc.)
- Ability to speak and write in English and one or more European languages fluently and idiomatically
